About the event
A Siddhartha's Intent Europe event, at the request of the Nordic Group of Siddhartha’s Intent Europe
Aspiration and compassion lie at the heart of the Buddhist path — aspiration gives direction and purpose to our practice, while compassion opens and connects us to the suffering of others.
In this talk, we will explore how these two qualities support and strengthen each other, and how they can be cultivated in daily life as a source of clarity and joy.
The session will include a short reflection practice and time for questions. Everyone is warmly welcome. There will be time for questions and answers.
